Introducing Pat and David

I moved to Austin in 1973 and then to Granada Hills neighborhood in 1996. Pat joined me in Oak Hill after she retired from teaching at the Texas State Dance Department.

I have worked as a remodeling contractor most of my life, first in Austin, then in the San Francisco area, and then back to Oak Hill.

In 2010, I started working as a handyman, applying a lifetime of skills and experience to help Oak Hill residents maintain their homes, upgrade a kitchen or a bath, or just replace a light switch or sink faucet. Much of my work is from repeat customers. Austin has grown a bit, and we’re adding residents all the time

I do work on small interior remodeling projects like a bath or office. I don’t work on roofing or siding projects. I typically work on smaller projects directly with homeowners and repairs that are too small for contractors to take on.

I’m adding new services, including design work for 3D printing and CNC milling. My CNC machine will handle projects up to 2 feet square and 5 inches high. Contact me if you would like to explore working together.
