Master Bathroom in Circle C
The owner showed me an issue that existed when they purchased the property 22 years ago: The bathroom floor dropped off about 1 3/4 inches in 12 feet. It was unusual that the first floor did not show damage or movement!
I suggested removing the Jacuzzi and existing cabinets and raising and leveling the floor with Hardie board and Levelquick. We made minor modifications to the framing, making the shower a little bigger for the bench.
The owners made excellent choices with their tile and cabinet selections and are very happy with the project which was the third bathroom I refurbished for them
Refurbish a Small Deck
The owner was unhappy with her existing deck. It looked dirty and was difficult to clean. She wanted to upgrade to TimberTech, which would be easier to maintain and still retain the original's profile.
